Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits and Payments

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit secures your spot and will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash and credit card payments. A 5% discount applies if your remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Please note, credit card payments may incur a processing fee.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notice Requirements: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may not be eligible to rebook.

3. Appointment Policies

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

  • Children and Guests: For health and safety reasons, children and companions are not permitted in the treatment area. This ensures a sterile, calm, and professional environment.

4. Refund Policy

  • Service Satisfaction: Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing, no refunds will be issued for services that have been performed.

  • Product Reactions: All clients are required to sign a waiver prior to treatment. We accept no liability for allergic reactions or healing outcomes.

5. Existing Tattoos

  • If you have existing cosmetic tattooing, prior approval is required before booking. Additional sessions or removal may be necessary to achieve optimal results.

6. Liability and Contraindications

  • Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to disclose any health conditions prior to booking. We reserve the right to decline service if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have contraindicated medical conditions.

  • Client Responsibility: By booking, you agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions. You will also sign a waiver acknowledging the risks involved and accepting full responsibility for healing outcomes.

  • No Responsibility Clause: As outlined in the waiver, we accept no responsibility for complications, reactions, or dissatisfaction once the procedure is completed.

7. Legal Considerations

  • Minimum Age: We do not perform procedures on individuals under 18 years of age.

  • Substance Use: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
